How we will learn together
It's easier to remember something when you live it firsthand.
Every lesson is a dive into the living heart of the Italian language, to understand up close how its elements work, and to develop linguistic awareness through logic, the emotional point of view and the overall experience of the language.
We’ll imitate characters from engaging stories and sing together songs that accompanied the last two generations of Italians, songs that have reflected and shaped our way of thinking.
Acquiring good pronunciation means acquiring good listening skills. This is essential for absorbing any language, but it’s often one of the most overlooked aspects. My color-coding system makes the dynamics of standard pronunciation and the phonetic details of everyday Italian more transparent. You’ll find them much easier to understand and use.
During our conversations, and during the experience with stories and songs, I’ll answer your questions and take note of the new words and expressions we come across; for each one I’ll explain its meaning, context of use and possible nuances.
Learning rules by heart is of little use. Grammar is a tool for giving logical form to the interweaving of thoughts and emotions, so to understand it better we’ll look at it from a logical-emotional perspective. Understanding how sentences are built, from the simplest to the most complex, will feel much more natural.

If after the lesson you have any questions, you can contact me on WhatsApp or WeChat and I will reply as soon as possible. I am convinced that clearing small sudden blocks can be decisive in moving forward more fluently.
Learning a language does not mean memorising rules and vocabulary, but absorbing another way of feeling and thinking with which to add new facets to our personality, and to gain new points of view through which to assess reality. I am deeply convinced of this, and it is with this state of mind that I dedicate myself to learning and teaching every day. Many students tell me that this experience has changed them, not only in the way they speak Italian, but also in the way they are with themselves and with the world around them.
