Hello everyone,
my name is Liu Chang. After graduating, I started looking for a job in Milan, and at that moment I realized that most jobs in Italy require a good level of language proficiency; Italian is an essential skill for anyone who wants to work here.

Even though I have been living in Italy for almost four years, due to the lack of practice both in my course of study and in everyday life, I did not have many opportunities to use the language, and I was aware that my progress was therefore very slow. Only after understanding how important the language is for work did I begin to seriously commit myself to finding a method that suited me; I wanted to improve my Italian in a targeted way.

I tried many courses and different ways of learning, but among all of them I believe that Brandon’s method is the clearest and most effective for me. In particular, when he explains grammar, he manages to make me clearly understand in which contexts different structures are used through his personal way of reasoning, and his explanations stay deeply impressed in my memory. I feel that every part of his teaching is the result of his personal thinking and conscious reflection, which is why it is so effective and rich in depth. From pronunciation, to the way of expressing oneself, to the way of thinking and learning, Brandon has his own approach, original and well structured. I think he is a teacher who is truly passionate about language and teaching: it is precisely thanks to this passion that he is able to observe carefully and find the most suitable methods for each student. I am very happy to have met such an attentive, meticulous, and caring teacher; many of his teaching principles can be applied not only to study, but also to life and work.

Before attending Brandon’s lessons, I had the feeling of being stuck, because for a long time I was no longer able to make progress beyond what I had learned in the past. The new way of thinking that Brandon offered me allowed me to understand the language from different perspectives; I began to express myself better and I am now able to hold complete basic conversations with the Italians around me. I feel that from his lessons I have learned much more than just a language.

I believe that everyone, once they have built a solid foundation and found the right learning method, can discover the charm of languages and use another language to explore different cultures and live new experiences.
